Business Development (BD) Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

•  Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships: Proactively research and identify potential partners across various industries who will benefit from integrating our blockchain solution.
• Develop and maintain relationships: Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing partner organizations.
• Negotiate and close deals: Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved.
• Manage the partner ecosystem: Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate ongoing communication with partners to ensure a successful partnership experience.
• Market and promote the blockchain project: Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to raise awareness and generate interest in the project among potential partners and industry stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously research and stay current on emerging trends, opportunities, and regulations within the blockchain space.
• Track and analyze key metrics: Measure the effectiveness of partnership efforts and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 01 years of experience in business development, preferably in the technology or blockchain sector.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its potential applications across different industries.
• Experience in expanding partnerships is a significant plus.
