The Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Android OS Developer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop a new operating system (OS) for our upcoming line of smartphones based on open-source Android OS. The role involves integrating various applications into the OS and ensuring seamless integration of the OS into our phones.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop a new operating system (OS) for our smartphones based on open-source Android OS.
• Customize and optimize the OS to meet the specific requirements of our devices.
• Integrate essential applications into the OS, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the successful integration of the OS.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the OS to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Android OS development and incorporate relevant technologies and features into our OS.

 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proven experience in Android OS development, with a strong understanding of the Android framework and architecture.
• Experience with open-source Android OS development and customization.
• Proficiency and experience with C/C++, Java, and Kotlin.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel, system programming, network programming, graphics programming, and security programming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
